Fish Soup by Flora Warria

– Fish 

– 3 tbsp. Peanut Oil

– 1 White Onion

– Salt

– 2 tbsp Plain Flour

– 2 1/2 Cups Water

– 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

 

Method

Scale any white fish and cut into chunks.

Heat 3 tablespoon of peanut oil to a pot and fry onion until soft..

Place in fish in a pot with ½ cup of water and poach/steam for 3 minutes gently turning the pieces.

Add another 2 cups of eater and 2 tablespoon of soya sauce.

Simmer until fish is cooked.

Mix 2 tablespoons of plain flour with water to make paste and then to soup and cook until it thickens.

 And salt to taste.
