Title: Spider shell basket

walking out to a good fishing spot, as walking along we finding spider shells, colours on the basket basket shows the wonderful colours of the shell where i found it.

Art Centre notes: 

The basket / bag is made of natural raffia / cotton / jute / sea chord / seeds / shells.

It is made using a traditional ‘one twist’ method. It has a thin / thick plaited strap. The strap is closed at the end. It has long tassels above.

The dyes are commercial and colour fast.

Length of strap: 12cm
